BCC and BWA gather experts from the water sector for the seventh year

The Bulgarian Construction Chamber and the Bulgarian Water Association organize the Seventh national conference “Operational Program Environment and the Rural Development Program in the period 2014 – 2020. Media partner of the event is Stroitel Newspaper. The forum will be held on 21 November at 9.30 a.m. in Sredets Hall of Sofia Hotel Balkan. The aim of the organizers is to hear the expert opinion of the contracting parts – designers, consultants, builders, supervisors, about the state of the water and sewerage sector and the strategy for its funding, as well as to discuss the design, construction and operation of wastewater treatment plants, water networks and facilities.

Invited to open the forum are Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev, Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Nikolay Nankov, Minister of Environment and Water Neno Dimov, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Rumen Porozhanov, Ivan Ivanov, Chairman of the Energy and Water Regulatory Committee. On behalf of BCC the forum will be attended by Eng. Nikolay Stankov, Chairman of the Board of BCC and Eng. Blagoy Kozarev, member of the Board and Chairman of section “Hydro Technical Construction, Water Supply and Sewerage Networks.

” BWA will be presented by Eng. Ivan Ivanov, Chairman of the Association. Presentations are expected to be made by Malina Krumova, Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Tsonka Dryankova, Chief Director of Directorate General Operational Program Environment, Reneta Koleva, Executive Director of the Enterprise for Management of Environment Protection Activities, Irina Savina, Deputy Mayor of Sofia Municipality for Investments and Construction, and others.
The forum is expected to bring together more than 200 representatives of the water and sewerage sector.
