Total pre-structuring of the judicial system is considered

Prosecutors and regional courts per capita of the population in our country are most in whole Europe so the system works ineffectively. These are some of the opinions presented at a seminar organized by the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) on occasion of the workload of magistrates and prosecutors. The Kostinbrod Regional Prosecution was given as an example where seven prosecutors work, who wrote 11 indictments for a year. The majority of the participants united around the stand that the judicial system needs total pre-structuring. One of the magistrates’ ideas is to close the regional courts that are not workload. And in the towns once a week for example to go magistrates to administer justice.
